Wood Forest Finland Oy online store order and delivery terms

Wood Forest Finland Oy, 3175521-1 (hereinafter referred to as online store) sells products to private persons of legal age in Finland and in the EU-countries. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. The product prices are in Euros and include VAT.

Orders

The products are chosen online by placing them to the shopping cart. As an exception, a customizable product aimed at companies, which is ordered by placing an order using the form. For products ordered using the form, we send an invoice by e-mail.

The product selected in the shopping cart via the online store is ordered by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the checkout function of the online store.

All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or for clarifying any ambiguities that arise in it. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at the moment. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, product prices and shipping costs.

Wood Forest Finland Oy reserves the right to change the Gold Standard credit item to another similar project, if the original project is not available.

Changes to the order conditions will be announced on Wood Forest Finland Oy’s websites or in another similar way. The changes enter into force at the announced time and apply immediately to all orders. After receiving information about significant service level changes, the subscriber has the right to terminate his subscription with a 30-day notice period by notifying info@woodforest.fi.

Price or condition changes due to law, decree, official order or problem will come without separate notice and they apply to all orders for termination that deviate from the general right of termination.

Payment service

Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online merchant. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.

The payment for the product that can be customized for companies is made easily and securely using the invoice delivered to your email. In products with a monthly fee, payment is made every month using the same reference number. The use of the service does not require registration or payment of additional payments. All data transmission is SSL protected, no one outside can see your data.

The payment term is at least 14 days. The late payment interest is 7% + the reference interest according to the Interest Act. We charge 5 euros for a payment note.

The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation and an invoice will be sent to your email.

Delivery time

We will deliver the certificate within two business days after the payment appears on our account. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm.

Exchange and return conditions

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. If you want to return the order, please contact our customer service info@woodforest.fi.

Termination of the continous order

If the subscriber cancels the order before the due date of the first invoice, the change will take effect within three business days of the notification made by the subscriber. In this case, the subscriber will be charged the price according to the price list for the delivered service and the invoicing supplement valid at the time for sending a new invoice.

When canceling an already paid continuous order, the subscriber is entitled to get back the order fee paid in advance, in which case the notice period is 30 days.

If the ordered service has not been paid for, in addition to the notice fee, the order fee according to the price list will be charged for the time the subscriber has had time to receive the service. If the customer does not pay his order no later than the due date, the collection agency is responsible for collecting the invoice. If the product is lost or damaged during delivery or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error to info@woodforest.fi within 14 days at the latest.
